Today's diet:
6:30am - Famous Amos Choc Chip & Pecan cookies and 1 pint chocolate milk
7:30am - Chicken pot pie & 2 pints chocolate milk
11:00 - Tums and Fancy Cakes
12:00 - Pork Katsu, crab rangoons, white rice, Dr. Pepper
3:00 - 1 pint chocolate milk
5:00 - 1 pint chocolate milk, cookies, lance crackers
6:00 - Tums, workout
8:00 - 1 small frosty, 1/2lb cheeseburger, fries, sprite
10:00 - 1 pint chocolate milk, more cookies

Today's workout:
Deadlifts - 315X3, 365X3, 405X1, 451X1
Good mornings - 135X5, 185X3, 185X7

I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I would. Weight is holding steady at 200lbs.

Yep, they were raw. I only tried on a suit one time & I couldn't stand it.

Pity, I try to get in plenty of protein. I don't think there is much muscle protein/degradation going on with that many calories at least. If I have time later, I will enter it into fitday.
