| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Squats - A LOT of form work w/ 225, 2X3 275 Leg press - 3X3 400 Leg curls - 3X8 110 Hung over workout. Made 100 on one exam and made a good grade in the class. Made a D- in the other class, which I'm perfectly content with. All I needed to do was pass it and that's all I did. |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | P rows - 115 DB rows - 55 Lat pulls - 110 Straight bar curls - 55 Hammer strength rows - 140 I had a good talk with the guy that's training me today and I had sort of missed the direction that the workout he planned was pointed in. 3 sets to near failure of each exercise while progressing 5lbs each workout. Rep range is 8-15. Rest time is 1-2 minutes. I'm not conditioned to this, so it kicked my ass today. |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Squats - 3X10 225 Leg press - DS 20, 15, 10 @ 200 Leg curls - 3X8 100 Close stance squats - 3X10 135 Wow oh wow...longest break between sets during an exercise was 90 seconds. The energy level required for this workout has me feeling like I've regressed an entire year. First time I've done squats with a very close stance. I was sooo tight at that point in the workout that I could barely come close to parallel. I'm going to go ahead with tomorrow's workout and then I'm taking a day or two off. |
