| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | Pseudoephedrine...the meth making kind! I think I might go to the gym and train today. I feel a little better. I think that if I deplete glycogen more quickly, then I'll be able to fall into ketosis more quickly. So...working legs ought to do that. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | I went to the gym and I was going to try squats, buy my knees disagreed. I did this instead: Deadlifts - 7X10 @ 205 I just kept the rest time as short as I could between the ab work (coughing) and sinus work (nose blowing). I feel awfully depleted...first time I've done a compound movement with more than 5 reps in months... I was going to do 10X10, but I felt too bad towards the end to finish. |
