Well this was the best I had in me, Got stuck up in the mountains yesterday cause of snow and didnt get back till today. Broke my chains, had all sorts of fun. Next time you want an adreniline rush rent a semi drive down the mountain and watch as your trailer tries to beat you down the hill

Well still using my trial membership at the "big gym" as much as I like it don't think I'll join just yet. It's alot more then my gym per month, course I'm only paying $12 per month. I'll just keeping breaking thier leg press mach till they buy a new one....or kick me out

Again today I was suppose to do leg press and it stuck on me w/ 18plates. I'm not going to bitch about what a piece of shit Life fitness leg presses are. I'm just going to drop one of my fav leg exercises so I don't end up getting hurt on that piece of shit machine. Other then that training went fine

^^ Fuck using machines altogether!

That's why I always start off with lots of free squats. By the time I move to the machines, I'm worn down to a sweaty nub. It's better for me because this way I don't have to load a piano on top of their machines.

I might have to start doing something like that, just the same old story though, me knee dont like it to much

Have you thought about buying a good set of wraps? Night and day difference! Every time I had speed squats on a box, my knees would always ache for a few days afterwards (since you always do speed squats completely raw). But, doing wide parallel's with the wraps on never gave me problems, and we're talking about a difference of over 200 lbs in weight.

Thats also an option, seems like I can go for a while with no problems then for no reason it starts up again

Today is all straight setted kept same wieghts as last time I just wanted to increase reps. Well Tomorow starts cardio, this month just on off days for aprx 20min. And since I just wrote it down, gonna have to stick to it.

once I drop the wieght around the waist I think my back should look wider
