Well thses work outs are making a very noticable differance. Bodyfat has dropped ALOT. yet I'm still able to keep weight at about 271-273 lbs. It may be because I'm on TRT and maybe it is causing me to hold on to muscle instead of burning it up. Just had blood work done and my test is at 815ng. My doc wants in in the 200ng-800ng range, but he was fine with it.

What's TRT ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

It's Testosterone Replacement Therapy. My own levels are on the low side (probably from superdrol or other pro hormone I did when it was legal).

So my Doc has me on andro gel. I was getting a test shot every 2 weeks, but got tired of going in to the Docs office. (although it was free)

Now I just put on 1 1/2 packets of gel every morning and it keeps my test levels on the high side of normal.

I new it had something to do with Test.

Do you notice a difference in the gel compared to the shot ? I friend of mine's dad started on the gel , now does the shot - so I don't know if the strenght is the same or if his body just got use to it and had to switch it up.

I found with the shot my libido was through the roof. to me the shot is alot better.

I've been on the gel for a while and it seems to keep your levels more stable.

With the shots you get your shot and your test levels will climb, then slowly your levels drop, till your next shot.
