Cardio--Day

run--a little bit

5 x25 pushups
5 x 25 situps
5 x 20 (4 count) flutter kicks
3x 3-3 1/2 pull ups.

I sorta messed up my big toe, trying my hand at surgery. (ingrown nail) No it hurts like a mofo, and I think its infected.
So thats why I ran like less than 1/2 mile

I was going to do leg press but my f'n toe is still f'ed up. I think I might have to amputate it if it don't stop hurting soon .

Funny thing happened today. I had a box sitting on my step a mail carrier. The label was a little hard to read, looked like the 3-4 page down from a carbon copy. I could make out my first name and the J.R. at the end. I open it up and it was a Rolex watch. (fake, but still freaken bad ass). I look at the label again, since it's now out of the plastic and realize the last name on it is not mine. The last person who rented this house a few years back has the same first name as me.

It looks like it came as a gift from a company he did business with. I called the company and left a message....figured it was the right thing to do....besides they can track it

I found the real one on the Rolex site. This one even has the swiss movement. I can't see any differance between the 2. (besides the $4,000)
