Gender: | Gym--Day Chest Hammer Decline 5 x 10-16 x 275 Back Low pully rows 4 x 10-14 x 240 Shoulders Shoulder press hammer 4 x 12-16 x 160 Legs Leg Extensions 4 x 12-15 x 260 quads seated leg curl 4 x 10 x 160 Bi's machine curls ? x 12-5 x 100-155 (just went down the stack) Tri's Rope pulldowns 4 x 13-15 x 180 Abs Well I am convinced that I live in Barrazo world. This last week my cardio has not really happend much. I did do cardio yesterday but not my whole work out so I didnt post it. Basically because of my stupid toe. But I was fine with it and just used it at as a recoup/recovery week. My weight has been somwhat stuck in the 271 range although I have been very strick with my meals. So yesterday we went out and I just stuffed my face. 2 bowls of chips and salsa, chili verde burrito with sour cream, cheese, beans....then I ate some of the wife's aswell. So lets see...min. cardio this week, eat a huge meal yesterday and finanlly my weight drops to under 270lbs...268lbs as of today |

Gender: | Cardio--Day Bike--15min 5 x30 pushups 5 x 30 situps 5 x 20 (4 count) flutter kicks 4 x 3-3 1/2 pull ups my toes is still jacked, but Slowly getting better so did bike instead(so not the same thing) also added 5 reps per set to my push ups and situps. |
