O.K. first day of blasting. I wanted to start out a little lighter per advice from 0311. I lowered my calve wieght by 40lbs going for real feel, and last time I started at 180 and stayed there the whole time. Ah quads I should have gone lighter, but I didnt> When I was going for my 20 repper at about rep 9 I got real bad lower back pump don't know why? So I did 12+8.

Sunday--Home

Cardio-

Recumbant bike- 35min 10 miles

It is really nice having equipment at home, cause I know there would be no way I would make it in to the gym everytime just to do cardio. I would somehow work my way over to the wieghts

^^^^ I hear ya. We have a cross trainer. I know anytime I go to the gym to do cardio I only last about 10 mins before I hit the iron.

Recumbent Bike

I like my bike it has 6 different pre set programs, and each program has like 12 settings for difficulty....If I can find the down hill only setting...I know I could blow out like 20 miles
