Day 9
Thursday: Upper 2

Low Incline Smythe: 15 RP (rest paused) 160lbs (10lbs increase)
Shallow Decline DB Press: 2 x 8-10 140lbs (20lbs increase)
Standing Military Press: 3 x 5-8 110bs (10lb increase)
Pulldowns(2x15,12 wide),(1x12 medium) 140lbs (10lb increase)
Reverse Pulldown 1-12 140lbs (20lb increase)
Rev. P-downs: 2 x 10-12 100lbs

Training
The reason for the drastic increase in strength is partly due to a slight change in exercise execution.

Diet:

Spot on.

Great improvement in strength and I weighed myself today and was at a solid 185. That’s a 5lbs increase in 9 days, obviously some of it is fat but nonetheless my diet has remained pretty static, the only changes I make is the amount of carbs I consume which range from 100-400.

ECDY is a potential therapeutic and anabolic agent but does not: alter sex hormone, transport globulins,or liver function. Rather it helps correct lipid metabolism while being lung, liver, kidney, adrenal, thyroid and gut and brain protective. There is a large debate reading plant origin and effectiveness but I wont get into that now.

I attached a study if you want to read up on it.

But overall I have noticed a lot of muscle fullness and strength is really sky rocketing. 6 lb increase in weight without significant alterations to my diet!

Hey Slayer..I went over to the darkside for a minute to read your review on Pure Vitargo, which sounded good. I know you're a big proponent for waxy maize postworkout and wanted to make sure you read Sleazy's thread in the supplement deals section. I just bought 3 lbs (plus one free), but I believe if you bought it month by month, it's ten times cheaper than the vitargo.

Day 13
Flat Bench: 4 x 5 (200lbs)
Incline Dumbbell: 2 x 6-10 (30 degree) 120lbs
Incline DB Flyes: 1 x 12-15 (15 degree) (50lbs- 10lb increase)
JS Rows: 4 x 6 (170lbs) 10lbs increase
Lateral Raise: 2 x 10-12
A1) Skullcrushers: 2 x 6-10

Training

Great workout today. Great fullness all around, weights felt relatively lighter compared to last Monday. Muscle mass has defiantly increased!

Diet:
I reduced carbs over the weekend to approximately 40-60 grams. Today I felt just as full but tighter.

Day 14

Tuesday: Lower 1
Incline Curls: 2 x 6-8
Hammers: 1 x 12-18

A2G Squats: 5 x 5, 250lbs (25lb increase)
Leg Press: 3 x 6 12 Plates (DId low reps today)
Calves: DC Style

Training: Not the best workout I had but it was decent.

Diet:
Carbs have been around 250grams for the past 3 days while protein and fats remain high.

Overall thoughts:
I wanted to drop a small amount of body fat since my weight increased too rapidly. Today I was at 183lbs a small drop but nothing too significant. I feel just as muscular and full as I did a week earlier. Strength continues to increase and hopefully an increase in muscle mass will follow.

Slayer, I've used the powder before to little avail. I believe i was underdosing it because i was poor at the time. I may give it another run at some point, in the form of anagen. Is this what your using? Or are you running powder? and at what dosage?
