Overall thoughts:
Holy shit, strength is increasing at the same rate as before my illness. Wow!

I have been on Anagen for a month now and strength hasn’t even begun to plateau. I am at 185 lbs, going to start leaning out a bit. My weight has increased by 10lbs.

Sounds like you're pleasantly surprised and content with the results from Anagen. Now I wish I wasn't so heavy... A bottle would only last me 2 weeks. :( Glad it worked out for you!

I know, the recommended dosage is very low to see anabolic results

Training
Strength was non existent tonight, it was very odd. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, its probably just stress or insufficient time to recover :S

hahah strength was non existant why you were pushing 120lb dumbells on incline you crack me up dude.

I am gonna pick up a few bottles of this and see how it goes after/durring my pct. I'm hoping to be able to keep strength while in my caloric deficit, and continue this cutter ... good work on the log so far, keep it going strong bro.

Last week I had difficulty pushing out 3 reps with 240, while today I did I was able to execute each rep with great A2G motion.

Man I wish, that’s total weight i.e., 60/hand. My chest is by far my greatest body part. For a while I believed it responded to only lighter weights and high volume so I applied that principle to every muscle as a result it really hampered my growth. So for the past 6 months I am monitoring my strength progression and focusing on going heavy.

Don’t buy Anagen to soon, I am trying to find a reliable supplier of ECDY and Trouble has some great techniques to maximize efficacy, I will keep you posted.
