| I have been doing MAX-OT for about 12 weeks now, and habve taken about a week off as a sort of deloading phase. I now plan on another 12 week cycle of GVT, but instead of doing the 10 sets of 10, i will be doing 10 sets of 5. I am 6'3" 180lbs. Pretty solid, but not huge. I dont really have broad shoulders, but a pretty big chest. My long term goal is to weigh about 200 lbs. I used to weigh 210 and was very big, but i got mano(?) and lost 30 lbs in a month. That was about 2 years ago, and i have been struggling to put the weight on since. I gained about 10 lbs from the MAX-OT cycle, and had huge gains in strength. I have only done one workout on my chest so far, and enjoyed it alot. It is a vewry different weigh to work out, and i kinda like it. My chest was very sore the next day, and still is really. I will post more later one i get into the program a little more. |
