Great poins sentinel and eric (<- and thank's for yor helpful private messages!). Already read everything you and riddick (was it him? can't remember right now) had to say about TM. I think if I run into problems I'll be the offering the solution, and I'll implement it only after you 'approved' it for me (to make sure I won't make fundamental errors).

I haven't had any problems understanding you.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

ok, another issue: what are you doing during these 3-4 weeks when you're just ramping the weights? I find it psychologically very hard to work in sub-max weights (manifestation of another "no pain no gain" behavior). all I can do meanwhile is concentrate on form, read articles about program design, get consoled by the fact that I'm going (after 2 years!) to break records like a lunatic, and download ebook from emule

but seriously, what do you guys like to do meanwhile? how do you handle this period of time?

(or is it just me always complicating things?)

ur complicating things

i would just take those 4 weeks to enjoy life without any mental pain.

when i did the texas method those 4 weeks were the easiest. u know why? coz there is NO mental pressure. u dont have to set records, u can eat like shit, u can do whatever u want. but after those 4-5 weeks u better have everything single thing down right coz from that moment forth it is balls to the wall my friend! i think on week 16 i must have been a nervous wreck to try and nail 295x4 oly squats. but it worked. just be patient and enjoy ur time off. do cardio. eat pizza. u know, that kind of thing ;)

kewl sentinel. let's continue:

16\9\07 - volume day:

box squat:
barx5x2
40x5
52x3
64x2
70x5x5 - not that easy, but it's ok, I guess

bench:
barx5x2
30x5
41x3
51x2
62.5x5x5 - ok

tbar:
20x5
29x3
37x2
45x5x5 @ 1 min rest only! I was late for a lecture in my university, so it's was quite hard for me. Next time I'll come earlier.

one more thing: box squats we're not easy today not because of lack of strength or something, it wasn't heavy for me, it's just that my lower back is pretty fatigued...

sleeping is good
eating is good
i'll try to get a massage

but I hope it's not too much for my lower back. I'll see on thursday how if feels.
