wow such a friendly welcome back! ty!

so Hopsy doesnt have to wait a whole year for my next post here's the routine i'm using at the moment:

mon & fri:
squat - 5x3
bench - 5x3
weighted chins - 5x3
seated DB laterals - 8x2
close grip press - 8x2
ez bar curl - 8x2
weighted crunches - 12x2

wed:
T-Bar Row - 5x3
Seated Db OH press - 8x2
Deads - 5x1
bent lateral raise - 8x2
rack pull ups - 8x2
weighted crunches - 12x2
dragon flags - 5x2

an interesting thing is that my close grip press is only 25lbs behind my bench and those are for 8's not 5's and after i've already done my heavy benching! so i'm thinking my tri's are probably NOT the problem with my bench press sucking so bad????

still in PR territory on most of my lifts. havent stalled on any except the EZ bar curls but i dont even really count them as a "lift" per se.

my last warmup for squats is now my old PR, which is ALWAYS a motivating thing to see
