I dont know how to do that picture posting s....tuff yet. Any way, The 'omdoola alagata' in my comp is f.......idgety, I cant get any tunes and the screen keeps overlapping text as well. Its been screwed ever since a burner was put in -- its not my set-up....I spent over 2 hours at nutritiondata.com today. It made me hungry.....I will now go and 'consume vast quantities of mammal flesh'.....

Melted 7 lbs off in the last month,,,,my 'handles' are disappearing,,,,Eating KETO for 10 days now,,,,Im jones'n for sugar - like a can of ginger-ale ,Having good luck with Lglute,,,,,taking probiotics and 'greens' for awhile as well,,,my nerve problem in my back is worsening, but not spreading to my sciatic down the hip (it f ken hurts ) my left hand is numb from the pinky and next finger up to my wrist and all heads of shoulder (Im not even working my back shoulders or arms),,,watched SNL last night (System of a Down gives me 'goose bumps'),,,,dreaming about supplements,,,,,and Beav,,,,just cooked my next three days meals today,,,,,being a post-'pest' lately(boredom).....other stuff....

That's my only qualm right now. I don't see them in the front, but it's covering some of my v-taper in the rear view.
