I had a nice little suprise this morning. Got up and hoped on the scale, and that bad boy read 217lbs. Slowly but surely strimming down boys. Its nice to know all the hard work is payin off. I still have lots of work to do, but I'm feeling great, and i'm on my way.

Tomorrow I'm switching up fat burners from redzone (2 caps ed), to designer suppliments basic cuts (2 caps ed). then in two weeks on to e/c stack for a two week stint. I'm trying to keep my body guessing, and stimulate from different mechs. I also dont want to become dependent on stims for fat loss, so I will take a 4 week break from them after the e/c stack and then evaluate my next steps.

Alright, I'm back from my holiday break. a total of 11 days of deconditioning, and today will be my first day of my new HST cycle. Looking forward to getting back on track, and getting down to 10%. I figure that will place me around 200lbs or so. I will weigh in on saterday, and post progress from there.

time to get f'n ripped up.

I am presently at 225, up from 217 before the holidays. This is an exspected gain because i took so much time off. I will lock down my diet for monday and get my ass back on track.

The first two days of HST were hell, my legs are sore as shit and I may have over estimated on some wieghts, but I will make adjustments and press on.

Is this what you are doing for your 15's? Well, excluding the olympic squats for hack's.

Hack squat

single arm row (machine)
Pulldowns
standing calv raise

oh and its sets of 12 as you had outlined. I've been doing low rep ranges for so long, my endurance for this is shit.

LOVE your standing shoulder press choice! Also, is that the order? I ask because I always feel pulldowns or lat width is more fatiguing than rows or back thickness. Also check out my last post in the HST thread. I've been researching ideas on how to effectively prolong the 5 rep mesocycle...And a very good idea is to drop the isolations and increase the sets of the compounds for another few weeks.

I checked out the HST thread, and that is actually what I did on my last HST cycle. I fly solo also, so I wasnt able to do negs.

I am also toying with the idea of swapping back and forth from squats to deads (every other lifting day). I did this last week, only because I was so f'in sore from doing squats I couldnt do them at all. It worked out well, I may keep doing it, your thoughts?

Definately a good idea. I personally would alternate the 8's with Back squats and front squats (w/ heals on 10 lb plates.). I feel great doing this with the 5x5 I'm on. Once the weight gets heavier during the 5 RM meso, that's when I'd do the alternating between squats and deadlifts. Of course, on your deadlifting days you can't have barbell rows, ect.

I just made my brother's new schedule from his last cycle of weights, and I'm having him interchange between flat and incline dumbbells for his 12 rep mesocycle just for something different. I'm also having him switch between deads and A2G squatting for the 5's.

The only problem with going nuts using two completely seperate programs is that it'll make it a lot harder accurately measuring the progressive loading from mesocycle to mesocycle. The only way that would work is if you only change one or two exercises and keep everything else the same.

yeah that makes sense, the hacks and deads were the only thing i was looking at swapping. I dont see a reason to take out my single arm rows when doing deads, I may just drop it to one set, but i wont drop it completely.
