Oh, and you might consider bands. I think they're better for benching. And they're much easier to take to the gym. And you can use them for a larger variety of exercises. I don't know if they're cheaper or not.

i did somewhere over 200 push ups on sunday. i lost count cause i just kept going. i toook off yesterday and i did some shoulder and back work today. do you think it woul dbe to soon to go for 5 beans tomorrow?. i dont feel warn out just yet. or should i just wait to tsee how i feel tomorrow? any thoughts?

I'm going to do some push ups this week. Sets of 50. We'll have to have a contest eventually.

lol i thought about doing it today becaus ei felt good but fuck it. waiting a day wont hurt.

and ross you would win doing them push ups. i prob can get one set of 50 but i woul dhave to wait like another hour to do 50 which would defeat the purpose lol

we been at this for a little while dave lol. i just slowed up a little caus ei wanted to get towards 5 and i didnt want to be to tired before i hit big lifts. but i felt the urge to do them sunday
