Very heavy weight. You could almost lift 3 of me!

185lbs * 3 = 555lbs

500lbs / 185lbs = 2.70 of me.

Just FYI! lol

failed. fuckin stiff neck. me being the asshole said fuck the stiff neck i want to get the weight. and of course me being the asshole i am once again figured since 225, 275, and 315 was easy 500 would be also. my neck hurted on every lift off but didnt on the rep. but i did feel it on the 500. fucked around and almost killed myself. favored the side where mmy neck was cramped.

im super fuckin pissed off. i know i can get that shit. its time to stop being a tough guy and trying to fight through everything and knowing when to pick and choose my battles. i have to learn there is always a tomorrow.

im fuckin depressed now. feels like i beat myself. right off the injury i basically said to myself im gonna go for 500 with no set routine. stay tuned in my other journal. i will go back for this. i may actually be able to get it. but when i go in i dont want to have any doubts.

stay tuned for routine in my other journal.
