Default Toms Journal... through football... through it all

starting monday the 17th.... it starts.... the 11th of august is go time.... time to kick it in the butt... going to get my cardio, nutrition, and beef on,
HIIT... gonna give it a shot and put in a lot of effort! lets do this

You should put in some plyometric drills.

this is not looking too good at the moment.... my boss just informed me of new hours... 3pm-12am..... is there anyway around this... i mean are their any good workouts i can do at work... ps i have about 25 mins of down time every 3 hours

That would be a good time for some plyometrics. You could even do upper body such as plyometric pushups where you try push up off the floor (like clap pushups).

What do you do? Anything at work you can use as implements?

Ok....not enough info to go on. I assume a concrete floor so be careful with that. You need a somewhat cushioned surface but not a "soft" surface.
