Gender: | this is not looking too good at the moment.... my boss just informed me of new hours... 3pm-12am..... is there anyway around this... i mean are their any good workouts i can do at work... ps i have about 25 mins of down time every 3 hours |

Gender: | That would be a good time for some plyometrics. You could even do upper body such as plyometric pushups where you try push up off the floor (like clap pushups). What do you do? Anything at work you can use as implements? |
