Aug 27th

I finally got to sleep in - woke up at 6:45 and was at the gym by 7:15am

Box Squat 3x3 @ 405

I didn't tape the first set only because I didn't think I would be able to get it , but I did !

Leg Press 2x20 @ 360 ( 4 - 45's per side )

Calf work - standing and sitting.

Extra's

I thought I would give speed bench a try , so I did 5 sets of 3 with 135lbs and 32lb chains on each side.

Now I am off untill Monday , with a Wedding on Saturday but we are leaving today. If by chance there is a gym i will workout - I will go for some morning walks with the dog to get the cardio in of course.

Great vids.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

Thanks

Sept 2nd

Decline Bench 3x3 @ 330lbs (felt nice and light)

- I felt like I was able to get the arch in nice , shoulder blades didn't leave the bench at all. But I'm having a hard time getting my elbows in all the way - The are in , compared to some , but I think that they could go in a bit more.

Flat DB bench - 3x8 with 95's

DB shoulder Press 3x8 with 70's ( could go heavier)

Skull Crushers 3x10 with 45's on each side ( I think it's about 115lbs with the bar)

After 5 days off I came back nice and strong - might train like this for awhile.

Sept 3rd

Close Grip Pulldowns 3x10 at 200

Bent over rows 3x8 @ 205lbs

Barbell Curls 2x10 @ 95

Hammer Curls 3x8 @ 45's

Wrist Curls 3x10 @80

Had a nice quick day in the gym - the bent over rows felt heavier than normal , so I used my straps. Everything else felt nice and light.
