hahaha you bring up a good point verb. But dont forget, mon - thurs is pretty much hell ... so i deserve those little amazing marshmellows dammit.

*disclaimer*

To anyone just lurking and reading this, it would appear completely illogical to be eating lucky charms/bagels/pudding ect while on a serious cutting diet. But believe me, when put into context with the rest of this diet it makes perfect sense.

-Side Note-
I am a little upset with myself, I slipped up a little today at lunch. I had this insane craving for something crunchy. So I walked over the CVS and picked up a small bag of pork rhines. Now the numbers arent that bad (21g P, 0c, 11f) but I like to stay away from things that are fried. Either way I guess its better then throwing back some cool ranch doritios.

so many carbs, so little time. I just went and grabbed some sushi with a few cats from work. MMMM I love sushi ... also had some chicken and rice while at lunch. I'm full beyond full right now. gonna have to force carbs into me.

I think the biggest problem I'm having at this point is this. For almost 4 days I'm dealing with hunger pains, foggyness, weakness. Then all of a sudden friday comes and I have to forcefeed myself. Its insane.

But people at work have already started asking me what i'm doing. They see a difference already. Personally I dont. But I am wearing a shirt today that hasnt fit in over a year. Its kinda funny too because even when I was down to about 215, this shirt didnt fit. I'm still up around 225 and I'm straight pimpin it today. Kinda odd.

RoryL,SDF,0311, quick question. When should I be wieghing myself? I would assume thursday morning ... just before carb up?

Anyway, i missed the mark a little this weekend. My power workout was rough, my shoulder was bothering me again, i think i just slept on it wrong. And I didnt exactly meet my protien goals ... but I sure as hell was good on carbs.

This coming week I wont be able to do a full cycle of UD2. I will be traveling thursday through sunday, so I will miss my intensity and power workouts this week. Normally I wouldnt just say fuck it, but I have a wedding saterday, and its not like I can lift around it. So I plan on doing my normal depletion through thursday. Then slowly introducing carbs thurs night, through sunday. Keeping the numbers low, but still taking in some. It wont allow for supercompensation, but I hope it will atleast restore some glycogen before I depelete next week.

Suggestions?

I usually weighed myself right after the tension workout prior to the big carb load. Then I'd weigh myself after the power workout to see how much I gained to help gauge how the carb up went.

Scheduling conflicts are a pain w/ this diet. I think you have a sensible plan. Just don't do a "normal" carb load. I think you have the right idea...and try not to worry about it too much. Just get back to it when you can.

Same here. Just make sure that it's always at the same time consistantly each week.

Thanks guys.

Ok so I'm finally back from the wedding. I've never been so tired in my entire life. I took a half day at work today, and i'm just beat. I had an average of 3-4hrs of sleep every night since last thrusday. I can barely keep my eyes open. I'm gonna have to say fu*k the workout today, and see if i can make up for it tomorrow.

Rory, you were right when you said schedualing was a pain with this diet. I have to go to Atl fri-sun for work, so its gonna be a bitch to get in my power workout. and the following weekend is my brother's suprise birthday party ... So i'm flying into philly again. That means another power workout missed. This shit is killing me ... so I ask the question

IS A HALF ASSED UD2, BETTER THEN DOING A COMPLETELY DIFFRENT DIET?

With a hectic schedule, I'm pretty sure Lyle would recommend doing a less structured diet. I wouldn't recommend doing a half assed UD2. Each day is just too important.

UD 2 needs to be done right and I found that out from only doing it a week lol. Today I messed up, ate a slice of pizza when my crew went out at school. Glad to have you back hrd.
