I guess, although the first two weeks went very well, my schedual is gonna fuck me up for the rest of the month and then some. Perhaps I should just go with a moderate carb, moderate fat, high protien diet until things settle down a little more.

It sucks but what can I do, atleast I have the diet down now, and it will be easy to start back up again when my life isnt such a mess.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

This sounds like a good approach. Wait until you don't have as much conflict in your schedule and you can be more rigid with it.

yeah, looks like I'm gonna hit the pause button on this for a little while. I'll pick this log back up when I am able to focus on it more.

In the mean time i'm just gonna go slightly below maint. and keep the P/C/F ratio as close to 50/30/20 as I can.
