Gender: | Yep. Absolutely. And on the standpoint of form I am not into the whole gear thing. If I were to compete it would probably be gear free. BUT if you put on a suit you'd have a hard time squatting any other way than what he is squatting. If you were a powerlifter without a suit you are going to have a different position being optimal. This is the problem with people trying to emulate what they see on youtube vids. |

Gender: | I think that suits do help a tremendous amount, but I also believe a large part of it is the mental aspect and the idea that its going to be easier to lift 'X' amount of weight if I have on this suit. |
