Gender: | I was wondering if you guys prefer to do your powercleaning in reps first then do the reps for the press or do the cleans and press right afterward. I been trying them both and i find i can concentrate better by cleaning for 12 reps then pressing for 12 reps instead of clean and press clean and press although clean and press together gives me a bit more of a cardio workout. Anyone have experience with these movements? Petrus |

Gender: | I don't do them anymore in my current routine but I always did just clean and presses together. As you mentioned its much harder on your cardiovascular system if you do the movements together. I personally would stick with doing them together for that reason. I never really tried seeing what I could clean without adding a press to it so I don't know if there is a major weight difference when you split them up. I am the type of person who likes to kill two birds with one stone I guess. Last edited by Sleazy; 11-20-2005 at 10:52 AM. |
