Hey Anuj I read the last part. What's your point?

nothing... its more for "athletes" than for actual powerlifters.....

Oh. Gotcha. I though there was some kind of mysterious lesson you were trying to convey

Only one leg day per week!

I like how it's layed out, but with only one day of legs....That killed it for me. But, like the article points out, it's intended for athletes who also want to put on some mass..All that running and sprinting definately wouldn't allow for some nice and heavy squats...
