| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Basically no benching shirt. The concept applies to the all three of the major compounds.. Raw Bench: No shirt Raw Squat: No squatting shirt/briefs, no knee wraps (in some cases) Raw Deadlift: No wrist straps, briefs Basically any powerlifting gear that would allow you to lift MORE than you would without. In regards to benching, if you're a bodybuilder, it wouldn't make a lick of sense using a demin benching shirt for a max single. |
