He didn't get paid I don't think for the article.

Well, he sent me his article as soon as I asked. Again, superb article. I am going to ask him if it's cool to post her up here. Getting his permission would IMO be the only way. If it isn't cool, maybe I can post up the routine at least and try to offer my explanation or something in my own words that can summarize what he said.

Basically no benching shirt. The concept applies to the all three of the major compounds..

Raw Bench: No shirt

Raw Squat: No squatting shirt/briefs, no knee wraps (in some cases)

Raw Deadlift: No wrist straps, briefs

Basically any powerlifting gear that would allow you to lift MORE than you would without. In regards to benching, if you're a bodybuilder, it wouldn't make a lick of sense using a demin benching shirt for a max single.
