All I said was be careful. What is there something wrong with that? At 15, your ligaments and tendons are still developing, so I correct myself to saying it won't stunt your growth. I know a couple of young bucks that bench more than me and I tell them they same thing, be careful. You can do what you want, I'm just trying to be a fellow lifter looking out for you. As an ACSM student, we are taught to keep minors at low weight and high reps. I thought you were taking the nano-vapor?

btw, your numbers are very impressive, keep up the good work!!! Are you in a powerlifting class in school?

You should check and see if there are any strength competitions near your home. LOL I didn't mean anabolic steroids. I am sorry if I pissed anybody off with my first comment. You should post some pics.

I think he does play football. If he isn't, he's wasting what could be a great talent.

What? You may as well give a list of all the things a big and strong guy "may" have a talent for he could be wasting. Hey, maybe he should be proffessional freelance bouncer like Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse....

Thats a nice run. I was watching the scouting combine earlier today and most of the O line players were significantly slower. I used to be pretty quick (many years ago....although the kids have helped me get some quickness back )
