Bench pressing with a certain number of boards on your chest. The goal is to reduce the range of motion. You can youtube or google it and find a video or something.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:255 [1x3]

"Shut up and squat!"

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"

yeah hilton. no one is annoyed that you ask questions. i think it is more so that you are just quick to type questions before you even get your thoughts together. im not trying to come at you in a bad way at all. im just saying before you start shooting questions get your thoughts straight and maybe even do a little research on your own so that you can come up with an even better question that may answer everything you want to know. so now one is getting annoyed.

and liek kane said you can look up the board press on youtube, bu to explain it its just like you do a banch press but you do it with boards on your chest so you wont go all the way down with the weight. if im not mistaken it helps with your lock out power. you know how when you go down with the weight and you get stuck halfway and cant push no more. it helps with thta aspect

MONSTAFACE's Sig:<<< me at 5'7 270 once i get there or about 15 pounds under ill be aight. currently 5'7 285 to 290

Oh man why bother?

120 lbs body weight and 180 bench is kinda highly advanced.

^^No it's not. I was 6' 130lbs at one time, 120 isn't much of a stretch

Hilton's in highschool from what I gather, he may still be growing.
