Try Pendlay Rows. These are sometimes referred to as 90 degree rows as you are bending over at the waist at a 90 degree angle. |
I think dumbbell rows will solve your problem. |
I've been doing DB rows for a while now and although they are tough when they get heavy they are useful. Good for grip and back development. Good tool for deads. IW |
