nothing... its more for "athletes" than for actual powerlifters.....

Only one leg day per week!

I like how it's layed out, but with only one day of legs....That killed it for me. But, like the article points out, it's intended for athletes who also want to put on some mass..All that running and sprinting definately wouldn't allow for some nice and heavy squats...
