Nubie question

I was looking at some power barbells and elitefts advertises a different barbell for squats, deads, and benches. Is this all necessary or is it a scam.
Thanks for the help:biglaugh:

Why are you looking at all this merchandise? You just said in another thread you're too young to take creatine...so why are you dicking around with elitefts and apt?

haha ok, how bout this one, i need to add ibs to my Bench Press fast, should i use 5x5 or a speed routine,
-i also have combine coming up that i have to BP one weight as many time as possible, how should i increase endurance :biglaugh:

Kane 03-22-2008 07:36 PM

How much experience do you have? and what's your bench at?

Hilton 03-22-2008 07:39 PM

well, iv been benching for about a year (minus fball season bout 3 months off) and i know how to do most routines, i also can use chains but am not quite sure how to use bands

Kane 03-22-2008 07:41 PM

Why not try a board press? Bands work the same as chains, hook em on the ends, except with bands you gotta hook one end to the ground or to the bench as well.
