Powerlifting? I have recently started powerlifting, but now I can no longer do pushups. I used to do 20 pushups fairly easily, but after I've started power lifting I can hardly do 2. Is this normal? |

That's really weird. If you are doing bench press, I would imagine you do sets of more than two, and that your weight is going up with bench. Try doing 5 pushups every day, no matter what. Then when that is easy, add to it. Never do less per day, and stop at 40 when it gets there. |
