Shoulders?

Hello guys....!
I recently started lifting regularly, and i am seeing massive gains with everything except for my shoulders. i will work them til they ache, but they are never sore the next morning, and i feel like they never get bigger or stronger. i usually do 3-4 sets of 12-15 front, side, and back lat raises, power clean, and shrugs. any suggestions? Please help me. Thanks in advance......!

Too narrow & you’ll lose strength. Too wide & the distance the bar travels shortens.

For what you're doing, I have never seen size or strength. You are most likely just building the smaller muscles. Shrugs are for traps. Power cleans are for back and legs...

Try military press, or over head press. My suggestion is to not let your elbow break the plane of your shoulders when coming down, and also so that your elbow is a 90 degree angle when at the lowest point. Try that.

shoulders should get the massive gains first

Agree with gt55yw, do shrugs on your back day, ditch the power clean and add in DB and BB shoulder presses, and obviously drop your reps to 6-8 if you're looking to gain.

If you have a trainer you should speak to him about the shoulder workouts. I think you have been working out for a while. So you should be able to do some split workouts.
Workouts like, military press, lats, shrugs would help both gain and isolate those muscles.

you build strong shoulders through bench press.

first of all you must consult your trainer for this and try to do shoulders exercises with light weight liftings
try to do military press or overhead press. and avoid shrugs these are not related with shoulders building

You should consult a trainer before taking any step. You should not just start doing it. It is no good first take the advice of expert.

Sure. Why don't you do bench press?
