Am I taking too many vitamins, too little or just right?
 
I am getting into weightlifting and picked up some multis and a couple supplements.

My intake now is at:

5,000 IU- Vitamin A
300 mg- Vitamin C
600 IU- Vitamin D
100 IU- Vitamin E
80 mcg- Vitamin K

50 mg- B6
50 mcg- B12

300 mcg- Biotin
800mg- Calcium
50 mg- Zinc
1,500 mg- L-Glutamine

2,000 mg- Fish Oil
180 mg- EPA
120 mg- DHA
