Bodybuilders Frittata
Hi Guys,
I have made up a Protein rich Frittata which is really tasty and full of protein which I thought some of you guys might like. You can use any cold left over vegetables such as cabbage , sprouts, carrots etc but my favourite is as follows. This recipe requires cold precooked vegetables : Fry some pre cooked mashed sweet potato along with some onions, carrots, cabbage and any other left over veg. When its cooked through add 4 - 5 beaten eggs and for extra protein add some steamed fish or chicken. Serve with a massive salad......delicious Hope this is of some interest to someone......Tim |
