If you need a quick and easy P+F meal, may i suggest 4-6 hard boiled eggs, 2 tables spoons of real (not light) mayo, and salt and pepper to taste.

nothing like good old egg salad.

wow amazing how many people from BN are on this forums, well i just put some cheese on my eggs and micro wave it. tastes pretty ok, cheddar is better but i only have american cheese.

Seriously, nothing like 6 egg whites, some ground turkey (seasoned with your choice or seasoning) and a little shredded romano cheese spinkled on top. Throw on some Tapatio and MOW TF DOWN!

4 egg omelet. Put cheese and deli sliced honey baked ham.....good stuff, add milk to the pan while making the omelet.
