Homemade Protein Bars?

Anybody make these on a regular basis. I do while cutting but not on a bulk. Post some recipes if you know of any good ones...

Baking chocolate and peanut butter. I put a batch together in a brownie pan. I sometimes have peanuts, or switch out peanut butter with nutella.

I love to eat protein bars, Please post here complete recipe marinevet.. I was trying to make it, but couldn't.....

I came across this recipe quite some time ago on the bb.com forums and have found that they're easy as to make and taste so good that you just don't get sick of them.

4 Scoops Protein Powder

1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding (Any flavor is good)
2 Cups Skim Milk

Mix until a sticky batter is formed (may take a few minutes)

use a large spoon to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even)
put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars that yield:
3g fat
28g carbs
29g protein
257 calories

For LowCarb

8 scoops protein
12 tbsp natural peanut/almond butter
4 tbsp splenda

put in a mixing bowl and slowly add water until the desired consistancy is reached.

again, keep them in the freezer and nuke for 30 seconds and you get the ice cream sandwich consistency

I would definitely recommend putting them in the freezer and eating them as a filler as they're missing a key component that keeps them solid at room temp.
