Default Ideal kick start to the morning!

1 kiwi fruit
95g of uncooked oats
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of blue berries
1 scoop of whey protien powder
1 cup of milk
3 ice cubes

Put all in blender and drink mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

- 1 cup Pepto Bismol
- Leftovers from previous night
- 4 tylenol
- 400 mg caffiene

Blend that up on high for 30 seconds, serve cold. In the end, it all goes to the same place, so it might as well be blended together for ease of digestion.

You forgot a couple shots of whiskey or half a can of left over beer...although a can of leftover beer is hard to find.
