Default It's all about pudding for me...

Hey guys,

You know there are so many protein shakes and fruit mixes out there that taste great, and blend well. It is certainly a nice change from the old Weider-mouth-full-o-chalk days. Still, if you are like me and you get bored stomaching protein drinks 2-3 times a day, then I have an alternative I have found that works perfect and tastes even better IMO.

All I do is get a bunch of packages of Jello Fat Free Pudding when I go shopping. I prefer vanilla and white chocolate, but sometimes I try a couple of carmel and chocolate ones too.

1 package of Jello fat free pudding
2 and 1/4 cups of milk (I use whole milk, better for consistency with pudding)
1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I usually mix a nice strawberry or vanilla with Jello's vanilla or white chocolate and the results are incredible)

Use a mixer or stir with a spoon for 2 minutes non-stop.

So what this gives you is a small bowl of pudding that has about 80-120 gms of protein (including the milk) that tastes great, mixes quite easily and can be eatin anywhere. I often take a couple of plastic containers of it to work.)

Let me know if you try it and what you think.

Raven

This actually sounds pretty good BR! I'm going to have to try this, this coming weekend. I've been looking for some low carb snacks to satisfy my sugar urges!
