I eat this 3 mornings of the week. I just substitute the sugar with yogurt.
3 Tbsp of Mat-o-Meal
1 cup of water
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes then stir
Microwave for 1 more minute or untill thick
Add half (3 oz.) a Yogurt ( I use the Dannon Light & Fit) and mix
