Default protein cereal

Plain cheerios, 1% milk, 2 cut up bananas, and two scoops of vanilla protein or strawberry.....I know it sounds gross but when u mix it up its delicious....even throw some almonds in there if you like them!

I used to do that-when I ate 'real' cereal. I now only eat oatmeal as a cereal-type food-it's all natural (no chemicals), and has a lot of fiber, and it's cheaper, too. I like to mash my nannas up, though.

i agree oatmeals are cheaper and good source of fiber
