| There is this place up the street from me that serves Tia Peanut chicken, and its amazing. So I decided to experiment a bit, and it actually came out pretty good. 2 table spoons natty pnb 1 tea spoon olive oil wasabi paste or crack red pepper to taste I brush this glaze over chicken breasts, or cubes, then bake at 350 until golden. You can also pan fry, but you have to be careful to keep the heat low, its pretty easy to burn the glaze, and it will smell like ass if you do. Serve over brown/basmati rice, or with veggies if your doing a keto diet. Enjoy! |

| Yeah, PB w/ chicken is awesome, even if you just put some on the cooked chicken!! I need to try this out sometime. BTW, whenever I tell my friends I eat PB w/ chicken, they look @ me with this "you're crazy" look, until they try it! |
