There's so much protein in tuna and can't see why you would mix it. If anything just eat the tuna and drink the shake. The shakes are great for pre and post workout and maybe inbetween meals just to get that extra protein if need be, but other then that just eat real food.

Yes, you don't want that much in one sitting. You need to be eating appox. 6 meals a day. And unless you weigh only 100lbs your not getting enough protein. How much do you weigh incase I missed it and what are your goals? Are you bulking?

Well you should be getting at a absolute minimum of 150gms a day of protein. Your calories should be at least 2200 a day. And you must work the whole body, meaning not just chest and biceps. Do legs, do shoulders do back and not all on the same day. You don't want to over train. As for your diet you should read Dave's clean bulk as this will help and there are other places in here that will help you with a workout routine. If you haven't posted your routine yet put it in here and the guys will help you out.

Who the f@@@ wants to mix Tuna and protein powder? Have u ever heard of someone named BombR2? Mixing tuna and protein powder to get 100 grams of protein and cover the whole day is a bad idea, first of all its going to taste like shit, then ur body cant absorb all that protein. Unless of course u are from an alien species from the gallexy Ooosulllaaaaa lallassaaaa.
