Type o's Riblets
 
First off you need a slow cooker, a 6 quarter prefferably. Heres the ingredients.


1. 7 large pork ribs, bonless, i preffer pork for it's taste but beef works.

2. 2 onions chopped

3. 2 32 oz jars of FAMOUS DAVES BBQ SAUCE.


PREPERATION

Get yourself a large cutting board and cut your ribs against the grain in 1/2 inch cubes,put 1/2 stick of butter in fry pan and dump your onions in pan and cook until soft. Next dump your BBQ sauce in slow cooker with onions and riblets, and cook on high heat for 6 hours stirring occasionally. The results are beautiful.
