whats your favorite protien shake
 

Whats your fav protien shake? what brand and flavor powder you use and what do you put in it? i just put a little bit of evverything into mine but i am looking for something mildy low in sugar (milk is ok) and tasty.

Ugh i cant even remember the name of my it's that bad! It's supposed to be strawberry, the guy in the shop said 'Yeah! It tastes great with water or milk!", quite a good sales line :p but the stuff is horrible! Made me almost puke the first time i even smelt it with milk

So far I like ON Chocolate. It doesn't taste like ass in water, like others I've tried.

I use many different types, as far as taste I think muscle milk is the best. most of the time I use Optimum nutrition whey protein.

So far my fav is On wheys Vanilla custard MRP Taste like a shake if you mix it in the blender

Whey Sensation blend berry mix and Whey Sensation ISO cookies and cream are both great in milk. The berry mix is still good in water, the cookies and cream is ok in water. Much better then the Gold Standard I tried.

ok this is where its at.....muscle milk (mint chocalate chip, cookies and cream, and root bear float).....they are the new flavors that rock.......but my main protein comes from a company called champion nutrition (ultramet original) 43 grams of protein.....I buy the packets of vanilla bean.....great taste....they have amazing snack bars too....

never had protien with milk but. syntrax roadside lemonade. isolate. its like a juice so u can put glutimine and ur creatine in it and just have one shake. and i like bsn syntha 6 with my oatmeal.

I have tried quite a few proteins and I would say the best tasting was some of the Muscle Milk flavors I tried. Only thing I dont like about the Muscle Milk is the high calories and price...so I have been stick to Optimum Nutrition Rocky Road Whey Protein. I buy it by the 10lb bags and that stuff is a solid choice. I have tried most of the ON flavors and I like the Rocky Road the best.

It use to be PVL vanilla ice cream,,,,but believe it or not I'm liking (BSN)SYNTHA-6. I mixes very easy and tastes great even with water. The only reason I got it is because it was $20 (cheap for BSN).
