You've gone up a lot on the squats from the beginning. Good job. I seem to have gotten stuck at 180 on those for a while.

I just throw it in with a little bit of water, just enough to dissolve it, then shoot it. A quick shudder and it's all over. Luckily the taste doesn't linger in your mouth.

After lifting for about 6 months. The routine was

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs and Shoulders

Abs thrown in about 2-3 times a week, and cardio for the last month.
