I got the results from the blood work back. The doc said my colesterol was a little off, but nothing too bad. he suggested some diet changes, and I'm starting to take sesamin again for that....

The only thing i was thinking with the pec thing was that possibly because of a problem with my back muscle ( a small tear purhaps) my pec, bi had to over compensate, and thus was pulled a little.
