i get kinda bulky with reg cre-mono. I dont think cell mass is all that bad of a product. i like the gains i have made so far..but then again i have only tried cell-tech. thanks for the info.

my grocie list is good..lots of meat, fish, oatmeal, and potatoes. I have been doing 4 sets of 8 reps on every lift and at least 4 workouts per body part. I stick to the basics as far as workouts...
