i just take a bar put it on my shoulders and then...

i just take a bar put it on my shoulders and then turn to the side and tense them...thats what it says in the arnold book so i just follow him its effective but u have to squeeze them hard many times

while your waiting for them to heal what i always like to do is look for weightlifters journals/stories/articles about them and how they started off and how hard they worked to get where they were it...
