I hardly warmup at all for deadlifts. I just do...

I hardly warmup at all for deadlifts. I just do something like:

- 135 x 10 (only if deads are first in routine)
- 225 x 5
- 315 x 2-3

:D Then I jump way up in weight to whatever I'm using. ...
